Refunds and Returns

Please note that Wonderbox🎀 does not accept returns.

Refunds are only issued if:

• Your items arrive damaged, or
  
• There are circumstances beyond our control that prevent fulfilment.
  

Refunds are not given for a change of mind.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as each order is prepared with care and often made to order.
